With the PRINT2WEB system, you have a range of modules to choose from. All modules come included in the standard price.

The base administration area includes a fully functional Content Management System (CMS) which allows your client to build unlimited dynamic pages and unlimited dynamic categories. The system also allows the user to control banners on the site and customise which banners are displayed on which pages. SOme designers use this to make it look like multiple sites within one site. For example if you made the whole header a replaceable banner then by simply replacing this with another graphic on a sub page it allows the client to appear as though they have multiple sites.

Once any of the following modules are installed your client will have unlimited usage rights. As an example of this, your client might decide to have 50 different photo galleries each named differently or 20 news areas. With PRINT2WEB you pay nothing other than the once off development fee per site. NO ongoing fees, NO extra charges, NO royalty fees.... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE!!!!

You have control over what modules your client can access which gives you the ability to add modules later and charge extra for them. It's up to you how you sell it but we give you everything every time guarenteed within 7 days!

News

Ordered by date, this system displays the 10 most recent news stories as well as an archive of all past news. News stories include a Title, Date, Long Description and automatically generated Short Description. The system automatically resizes the images uploaded into a thumbnail for the news listing and a larger image for the full news details area. It is also possible to have a most recent news story listed on the home page either with a thumbnail or without. This home page feature is able to be a single feature or mini list as specified by you in your home page design. Your client will have full control over making news stories featured or simply allowing the system to feature the most recent article.
News
Events

Included NO EXTRA CHARGE


Ordered by date, this system displays the next 10 upcoming events as well as an archive of all past and future events accessible through the simple to use visual calendar tool. Events include a Title, Date to and from, Long Description and automatically generated Short Description. With events you also have the ability to set recurring times meaning regular events have been properly accommodated for.
The system automatically resizes the images uploaded into a thumbnail for the event listing and a larger image for the full event details area. It is also possible to have the next coming event listed on the home page either with a thumbnail or without. This home page feature is able to be a single feature or mini list as specified by you in your home page design. Your client will have full control over making events featured or simply allowing the system to feature the next coming event.

Image Gallery

Ordered by date added, this system displays categories within the image gallery with thumbnails and a title. These thumbnails are either generated randomly from inside the gallery or predefined by the user as a fixed category thumbnail. Within a category images are listed with titles and a comment area. From the admin it is possible to change the order of images within a category or simply leave them in the order they were uploaded. It is also possible to display a featured image on the home page either set to random or selected manually by your client. You are able to have as many image galleries on your site as you wish and each gallery can have a name of its own with unique categories of their own. In the administration area it is also possible to batch upload images to the site making content management quicker than ever.

Our video gallery relies on the technology of YouTube for integration.
The reason for integration with YouTube is that public listed videos are able to assist in generating thousands of hits to web sites and it also allows visitors to subscribe to your videos and receive email updates as you add more whilst eliminating the need for them to join yet another system when they are already members of YouTube. You simply create a YouTube account from the link we provide you with and insert the video code into the administration area. Videos are displayed with an image and basic short description. Video thumbnails are automatically generated from the YouTube video or uploaded to the system from the administration area. When clicked, videos open in a small sized window. This is not prevented with popup blocker and will still work.

These are one of the most flexible systems we offer. Basically the same as a content page yet with a fantastic landing page design similar to that of a news area but with the added bonus of having categories to work within. These areas are perfect for all kinds of systems. Restaurants would use this system for their menus. They might create three different categories for example: Dinner, Lunch & Dessert. Then inside these categories they could add meals with or without images. This area could also be used for product catalogues, educational items or anything that required categorised content with related images.

This is one of the most flexible shop back ends available in today’s market. This unique system allows you to sell basically any product in any way. From the admin area you are able to select what measurement you are using for example “per item” “inches” “cm” “kgs” etc... The system allows users to list manufacturers, link them with products, add multiple product options, calculate shipping automatically on the fly as well as create similar product lists and or course unlimited categories and subcategories. By default we’ll hook the payment system up to PayPal, but for an additional fee of $500 we can link the system up with your bank providing they allow this. The other option is for us to store your visitor’s credit card information online. This option is only $250 extra and comes with an SSL certificate installed on your hosting account. With this option you will be required to process credit card numbers manually with your company’s EFTPOS or banking machine.

Jobs & Careers

From the administration area job opportunities can be added. On the front end visitors can research positions vacant and apply for these jobs with an online form & resume file upload tool. Jobs are listed in Date order or within categories for example “Management Positions”.

Staff

Again quite flexible in its design, this system allows clients to add as many categories for employees as they wish. Inside categories clients can upload images of staff, their profiles and any other info they feel is relevant. Because the title of the areas is controlled from the administration area, you can use the staff module for many other things for example a horse stud may list their top horses here or a children’s school may list teachers and students on the site, the swimming team or practically any group that includes members.

Guest Book

Put simply this tool is for visitors to leave comments on a website and then for comments to be approved by administration prior to becoming visible. Date, Title and Visitor’s details are displayed with their comment. Nightclubs use these to promote interaction with clients. Hotels use these as almost a consumer testimonials area. Radio stations use these for song requests and shout outs. The way you use it and what you call it is only limited by your imagination.

Downloads

Included NO EXTRA CHARGE


Downloads areas are handy for giving users access to download files.
In the administration area files are uploaded and depending on the file type (e.g. .exe, .pdf, .doc) will depend on what thumbnail is displayed on the front end. Alternatively if the file is an image file then the thumbnail will be a smaller version of the image. Next to the thumbnail is a heading or file name and a short description. Download areas do not have categories but you can create as many areas as you like so you are able to separate as required.

Links

Included NO EXTRA CHARGE


The links area allows for an image, link and description. Links can be organised in categories. It allows visitors to the site the ability to add their own links that appear in the approval area of the administration panel. Once approved these links become active on the web.
Users

Included NO EXTRA CHARGE


The users module alows you to set user access to the admin area. From here you can set which of your clients staff can edit which part of the site. For example a company secretary may only be allowed to edit the main dynamic pages of a site where as an accounts person may only be able to edit the shopping cart. You may also give some users 'view only' rights so that they know what is happening but can't edit anything. his is a very popular tool amoung companies with lots of staff.
