Q: Do I need to supply you with all the content for the site?
A: No. You put the content in later from your admin area. You don’t need any web site experience, it’s as easy as using a word processor.

Q: What happens if my client wants to make changes to the main artwork which you have cut to make the site?
A: We charge you an hourly rate of $50 per hour and suggest you pass this on to your client.

Q: I used Corel draw to make the artwork is this okay?
A: Whilst we recommend you start using Photoshop, we do accept artwork in almost any format – send it to us and we’ll do our best.

Q: I need my job done a little faster than 7 days can you accommodate?
A: You will always receive your completed job as quickly as physically possible which means sometimes you might experience 24 hour turnaround times when our work load is less. If you select urgent when you send us your job you’ll automatically go to the top of our order list. We guarantee 7 days but we will try to beat this every time.

Q: Why does it only take Print2Web 7 days to do a sight that others take 8 weeks plus to deliver?
A: We’ve spent 6 years getting our systems in place and our production line in order. When developers build sites they start from scratch every time. We don’t have to! We have developed the best CMS we could to deliver great sites every time without the need for loads of customisation.

Q: How can you do such an awesome site for less than $2000? What’s wrong with them?
A: Nothing is wrong with them – everything is right with them. We would rather you make the big profits and get excited about this so that you order more and more! We know that if we deliver the best websites available on today’s market in lightening speed, and at a crazy price then you will come back again and again! Q: Can I have my main buttons as dynamic?
A: No, sorry. This causes too many issues for too many reasons. Fixing your main buttons forces clients to ACTUALLY THINK about their structure and lock in some major headings that allow for growth. For example if your client was a home builder and was thinking about add commercial construction at a later date then you wouldn’t make the main heading “homes” and then have to add “commercial” later, you would simply make 1 heading called CONSTRUCTION and you’d put all kinds dynamically within this category as they were required.

Q: I need a menu module made for a restaurant client can you accommodate?
A: We are happy to do any amount of custom development for you, just email us through the support page and tell us what you require and we will quote, however you might like to try our Picture & Text module which is what most restaurants use when implementing our system. It is great because clients can have their dishes photographed if they wish and include images of the food. Also you can simply leave out the images for a more traditional menu style.

Q: The client already has a website that we like the design of, can you use what they already have and just add the Print2Web admin and CMS area.
A: We sure can! Give us the passwords and usernames to their FTP and database if they have one and we’ll take a look. Usually this ends up costing about the same as the standard Print2Web order.

Q: Can I use the code you supply me with to develop other websites in the future?
A: Absolutely not. Our code is owned 100% by us. You must ask our permission in writing to PO Box 5176 Gold Coast MC 9726 QLD Australia before any code in whole or part is used on any other site not developed through Print2Web. The Print2Web fee is a single user license only and may not be transferred to any other site or person.

Q: Can I order more than 100 websites at once and get them cheaper?
A: The only other way you can buy sites from Print2Web is in the thousands. 1000 sites costs $699 and must be used within 12 months
